Deposits and Bookings ▼

All charters must pay a 50% deposit at time of booking to reserve the date. Balance must be paid 7 days prior to departure if paying by check, if paying by CASH, balance can be paid the day of the charter prior to departure. There will be no exceptions. If customers cancel a charter less than 7 days before the trip, customers will not receive their deposit back unless we are able to book another charter for the same date.

Balance of charter is due prior to departure. If payment is not paid prior to departure, customers will not receive their deposit back.

Canceling or Early Termination of Charter ▼

The captain reserves the right to cancel or end charters early at his discretion. The following are the terms of refund...

Customers will be refunded 100% of their charter fees if the trip is canceled under any of these conditions prior to departure:

Rough Seas (Captain is the sole person responsible for making this call)

Hazardous weather conditions

Mechanical problems of the vessel

Medical emergency of any crew member

Customers will receive 50% of their charter fees if Captain determines that the charter must end early. The terms of these condition apply to all fishing charters assuming that they have spent at least 50% of the minimum time allotted for the charter booked:

Mechanical failure resulting in ending the trip early

Medical emergency of any customer

Customers will not receive any refund if the Captain ends the charter under any of these conditions:

Intoxication of any customer

Possession of illegal drugs

Unsafe or irresponsible behavior by any customer

Intentional violation of USCG or NMFS rules

If the trip is ended early at the customers request

Any refunds issued will be made by check and postmarked and mailed within 7 days.
